Ensuring teamwork and unity
Once you create your team then you want it to last for a while, not just separate after a short period of time. To avoid separation you must ensure that teamwork and team cohesion is at its best. It is a team leader's job to ensure that teamwork is a strong asset of the team. If the leader fails to do so, the team will eventually go seperately and this may lead to future arguments. You want to avoid that.
How can you do it? Don't be super bossy. Give your team so voice. It isn't military where the decision needs to be made incredibly quickly by someone of higher rank (unless you take Airsoft that seriously). Ask your team about what they would like to see improved or something new to do. But don't ask every time you see them otherwise you will rely too much on them. It is important to understant that YOU are the one who makes the final decision.
